Pursuing a PhD in Philosophy

Prior to attending Houston Baptist University, I did not think there was much to the Christian tradition besides the Bible. But once I took my first few philosophy courses, I encountered the robust tradition of Christian philosophy. The faculty at Houston Baptist played a crucial role in this encounter by explaining important parts of the tradition and inspiring me to care deeply about it. As a BCU scholar, I hope to learn how to do the same for other students.
