GEMN Director
- Tosha Hendrickson - Admissions & Recruitment Program Director, Graduate School
- Tosha is the Admissions & Recruitment Director at Baylor University's Graduate School and leads the Graduate Enrollment Management Network (GEMN). Tosha earned her B.A. in Communications in 2016 from Texas Tech University; upon graduation, she joined the Graduate School. She earned her MSEd in Educational Psychology at Baylor in May of 2021. In her role directing the operations of the Graduate Admissions office, Tosha acts as an administrator for access to the Graduate School's admissions database and works to keep the online Graduate application updated. She also aids the Associate Dean with enrollment management, as well as recruiting funds for the graduate school.

- Monica Northrop - Admissions Specialist, Graduate School
Monica Northrop is the Admissions Specialist in the Graduate School at Baylor, where she aids the director of Recruitment and Admissions in managing the admissions process. In her previous role, she acted as the operations manager for a movie distribution company in Dallas, TX. She received her Bachelor of Music from the University of Mary in 2021.
- Emily Jessup - Graduate Program Coordinator for the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry, Baylor Staff Council
As the Graduate Program Coordinator in Chemistry and Biochemistry, Emily oversees roughly 150 on-campus PhD students at Baylor University and supports them from their admission to their defense. She was elected as one of the Arts and Sciences representatives on Staff Council in 2025. Working at Baylor since August of 2020, Emily earned a Bachelor's of Science in Education from Baylor in 2011. She received her Master's of Education in Higher Education from Abilene Christian University in 2017, where she is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership, Higher Education. With an anticipated graduation of next fall, her working dissertation title is "Intersectional Invisibility of Latinas in STEM doctoral programs." Emily is also certified in Conflict Management and Mediation through Abilene Christian University. Previously, she worked at Hill College as the Recruitment Coordinator. One fun fact about Emily is that she actually failed CHE 1302 twice while at Baylor, but if you asked any professor who was around then about her CHE 1301, they'll say that explains why she failed 1302.
- Dianne Schmidt - Office Manager for the Department of History
Dianne Schmidt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from New York University in 2015 and is currently pursuing dual graduate degrees, an MBA and an MSIS, at Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. She began her career at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston before joining Baylor in 2018 as an administrative assistant at the Institute for Oral History. In 2022, she transitioned to the Department of History as Office Manager. In her current role, Dianne oversees the department’s daily operations, supporting faculty, staff, and graduate students. Some of her responsibilities include managing departmental communications, coordinating events, developing administrative processes, maintaining records, and supporting course scheduling. Drawing on insights from her graduate coursework, she likes to develop solutions that support academic success and operational efficiency within the department.
