If you would like to view an apartment, contact the manager of the complex, Brandi Brock, for an appointment. After filling out an application at the manager's office and following the confirmation of your graduate student status, the management company will process your application and upon its acceptance, your apartment will be reserved for the following year.
We recognize that our graduate student body is a diverse group of adults. The restrictions that generally apply to "on-campus" or Baylor-managed graduate or undergraduate housing do not apply to The Quadrangle.

Rent: $765 (12-month lease)

Lease: Leases are designed for twelve- or ten-months. Leases will be first come-first served. After available units have been leased, a waiting list will be maintained in case there is a later opening.
Administrative Fee: A non-refundable administrative fee of $200 will be due at the signing of the lease. Each individual lease requires a non-refundable fee.
Rent: The monthly rent is $765 for a 12-month lease. The monthly rent is $825 for a 10-month lease. This rent does not include the electric bill. It does include high speed internet and water.
Pets: Maximum of 2 pets per unit. Each pet must be at or under 50 lbs. Pet-owners must pay a $500 non-refundable pet fee per pet, required at signing. There is also an additional $25.00/month rent fee per animal.
