Graduate Student Housing Community
Established in 2006, the Graduate Student Housing Community exists to provide housing near the Baylor campus that meets the varied needs of Baylor's graduate students.
The Graduate Student Housing Community consists of four Baylor-owned apartment complexes. Our single bedroom units at Browning Square, Pinetree, and Speight-Jenkins, as well as our two bedroom units at The Quadrangle can accommodate singles, families, children, and pets. Our housing is affordable and well-maintained. We are privately managed by Brothers Management to allow the greater personal freedoms which graduate students expect.
We expect the leasing process to begin around November 1, 2023 for the 2024-25 academic year.
More Information
Baylor Community Garden
The Baylor Community Garden provides educational opportunities to the university and local organizations on how to maintain gardens and encourage healthy lifestyles. A special focus is placed on integrating sustainable water-use technologies and organic garden training.
Graduate Community Life
We understand that social interaction is essential to the life of the graduate student, and it is an area that can become atrophied under the constraints of study and research. The Community provides monthly social activities to facilitate building new relationships between neighbors, and we encourage our members to bring friends to the events.
