Paul Froese, PhD

Bio:

Paul Froese is a Professor of Sociology at Baylor University and the Director of the Baylor Religion Surveys.  He is the author of three books:  The Plot to Kill God: Findings from the Soviet Experiment in Secularization (University of California Press), America’s Four Gods: What we say about God and What that says about Us (Oxford University Press) and his most recent is On Purpose: How We Create the Meaning of Life (Oxford University Press).   He publishes widely on the topic of religion and how it relates to politics, mental health, and cultural change.
