Joshua Martin

Joshua Martin joined Baylor University in September 2024 as a Senior Systems Analyst. In this role, he partners with Baylor’s Graduate programs to enhance and maintain the CRM systems that support their operations. He assesses evolving program needs, develops solutions, and provides ongoing training to empower internal users to fully leverage the CRM in achieving their goals. Joshua also safeguards data integrity and supports analytics to inform strategic decision-making.

He holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University (Springfield, MO) and a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English as a Foreign Language & International Education from North Central University (Minneapolis, MN). Since 2009, Joshua has served in higher education leadership across admissions, enrollment management, and information systems, holding positions such as Director of Admissions, Executive Director of Enrollment Management, Assistant Dean of Admissions, and Dean of Admissions. A seasoned Slate Captain and system administrator since 2015, he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of enrollment strategy to deliver user-friendly, results-oriented solutions.
