Jarrod Pace

Jarrod joined Baylor University in December 2023 as a Senior Systems Analyst. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA.

Jarrod brings over a decade of experience in higher education, having held several roles including Admissions Counselor, Director of Online Recruitment, and Director of Admissions Information Systems and Communications. At Baylor, Jarrod’s expertise focuses on enhancing enrollment management systems and optimizing data integration and communication strategies to support graduate programs.
