Christopher M. Rios, PhD
- Associate Dean for Academic Affairs
Dr. Rios joined the Graduate School in 2011 and serves as the Associate Dean for Enrollment Management. He oversees recruitment, admissions, student records, GA payroll, and manages the Graduate School’s stipend and operating budgets. He also directs the Bernard Ramm Scholars program.
Dr. Rios has a strong interest in how Generative AI is influencing higher education. He also serves on the university’s academic AI committee, teaches in the Department of Religion, and is a historian of science and religion with publications that include After the Monkey Trial: Evangelical Scientists and a New Creationism (Fordham University Press, 2014).
