Welcome to Baylor University's Graduate Enrollment Management Network (GEMN). GEMN supports graduate program coordinators across campus and supports graduate enrollment. GEMN's mission is:
"To cultivate a collaborative community of graduate enrollment professionals, empowering them through shared expertise, innovative resources, and advocacy to advance the field and foster excellence in graduate education at Baylor University."
Our mission is reflected in our goals to:
Strengthen enrollment management and recruiting efforts across Baylor’s graduate academic departments.

3. Promote collaboration and dialogue between departments.
