Baylor's Graduate School Names Postdoctoral Teaching Fellows for 2024-2025

The Graduate School is pleased to announce the 2024-25 Postdoctoral Teaching Fellows. 

The Graduate School launched the Postdoctoral Teaching Fellowship in 2020-2021 with the support of the Provost’s Office and in collaboration with the College of Arts & Sciences and the Honors College. These 10-month positions include a salary of $46,000, continued access to Graduate School travel funds, the same health benefits as Baylor faculty, and mentoring and professional development activities.

Dr. Allison Brown (PhD Religion) is teaching this year in the Honors College.  Drs. Kelly Chittenden (PhD English) and Michael Willenborg (PhD Philosophy) are teaching courses in the Medical Humanities program.  Drs. Amadi Amaitsa (PhD History), Brandon Johnson (PhD Philosophy), Stewart Riley (PhD English) and Casey Spinks (PhD Religion) are teaching within their home departments.

We congratulate these doctoral graduates who are gaining an extra year of teaching experience before entering the open job market:
