According to the recently released data from the Academic Philosophy Data and Analysis (APDA) project, covering a 10-year period from 2013 to 2023, Baylor has secured the #2 spot out of 147 programs worldwide for permanent academic position placement.

This accomplishment places Baylor in an elite category among philosophy programs globally, highlighting its ability to provide graduates with meaningful and lasting career opportunities in academia.

The Baylor Philosophy PhD program's success is not limited to job placement alone; it extends to the overall experience of its graduates. Based on surveys of program alumni, Baylor is among an exclusive group of just six out of 67 programs with available data to receive a perfect 5/5 rating for both overall satisfaction and climate ratings.
