Campus Visits
Group Travel: This reimbursement is limited to 15 applicants for doctoral programs and 7 applicants for master's programs. The Graduate School will reimburse your department up to $300 per applicant for the airfare or mileage. The Graduate School is suggesting that the prospective students arrange for and pay their own airfare.
Individual Travel: This reimbursement is limited to 15 applicants for doctoral programs and 7 applicants for master's programs. The Graduate School will reimburse up to $200 for the applicant's airfare or mileage.
Initial Request (Due December 20)
Please submit at your earliest convenience (even if the names of attendees are not yet known).
Detailed Request (Due February 15)
This request requires applicant specific information for completion.
Reimbursement Guidelines
- The Graduate School will only process one reimbursement per department. Therefore, you will need to gather all receipts (airline receipts and mileage reports) and remit to the Graduate School at the same time.
- Your department is then responsible for reimbursing individual applicants.
- The Graduate School requires all requests be submitted as soon as possible and no later than April 1, 2019.
